Huwag po ninyong kalilimutan ang inyong pamilya at inyong syudad anuman ang inyong marating na success sa inyong buhay at kung ano man ang inyong nagiging balakid o hadlang sa pag- asenso, huwag ninyo kaming kalilimutan. Nandito kami, handang umalalay sa inyo kahit po kayo ay graduate na…” ito ang mensaheng ipinaabot ni Mayor Lourdes S. Cataquiz sa kanyang virtual live message para sa ginanap na LSC Virtual Awards SY 2019-2020 and SY 2020-2021 Hybrid Virtual Event via Live Streaming sa FB Page ng City Tourism, Culture and Arts Office noong ika- 26 ng Hulyo, 2021 sa Ceremonial Hall na may temang “Pagharap sa Hamon…Pandemya at Edukasyon”.

Nagsilbing keynote speaker si Sangguniang Panlungsod Committee on Education Chairman City Councilor Aaron S. Cataquiz at nagbigay ng kanilang response message sina UP Diliman, Summa Cum Laude Samantha Amante, Physician Licensure Board Passer, Dr. Nathaniel Peter Glenn Z. Castasus at Physician Licensure Exam 4th Placer, Dr. James Daniel Omalin. Nagpaabot naman ng kanilang pagbati sina Former Mayor Calex Cataquiz, City Administrator Engr. Filemon I. Sibulo at Committee on Tourism, Culture and Arts Chair City Councilor Bobot Berroya at PAIO Head Jimbo Ambayec.

Ang programang ito ay pinangunahan ng City Tourism, Culture and Arts Office sa pamumuno ni John Filemon Manzano sa tulong nina CSWD Head Fatima Autor, CPDC OIC Joselito Negrosa at Mr. Antonio Almeida.
